I am here as your coach, which means I will bring: accountability encouragement, motivation and education.
I will bring to the table: knowledge in a variety of areas like nutrition, meal planning, body composition change and fitness, rehabilitation of injury or chronic pain. Introduction to sport activity and movement and more.
I bring to the table humor and a sounding board, because you will set your own goals and I will support and offer direction on that journey.
Most importantly, I'm here to help you unfold your passions, create a healthier you, and create a more joyful life!

The path we take is a creative journey that is organic in its unfolding, I will not tell you what to do, or put you on a "diet", or give you specific directions.
The path is about you discovering yourself, and challenging yourself. It is a wonderful road to go down, I will be your traveling partner and at some point (up to you), you are on your own to enjoy your life!

I offer this service by Zoom, or in person (if you are in the area), at my private office close to Manzanita, OR.
Our sessions are at least an hour, sometimes longer.
Packages or the amount of sessions are to be decided by our process and what works for you.
Pricing is to be determined also. I offer a sliding fee scale for all my services.
